On April 21, community leaders, elected officials, Chamber members, and residents gathered to celebrate the official ribbon cutting for Kooper’s Saloon in Downtown Havre de Grace.

The celebration welcomed Havre de Grace Mayor William T. Martin, members of the Havre de Grace City Council, representatives from the Havre de Grace Chamber of Commerce, and local supporters who came together to officially welcome the restaurant to the community.

Known for its award-winning burgers, casual atmosphere, and wide selection of food and drinks, Kooper’s Saloon brings a well-established regional dining destination to Havre de Grace’s growing restaurant scene. The restaurant offers a menu featuring burgers, seafood, sandwiches, appetizers, craft beer, cocktails, and family-friendly dining in the heart of downtown.

Guests attending the ribbon cutting had the opportunity to meet the ownership team, tour the restaurant, and celebrate the continued growth and investment happening within the City of Havre de Grace.
